Very Goog Book This book just skins the program but very informative and good recipes go WE and other diet programs too. This book was free for me through the prime. I would not pay for this book, . Not enough contentI hate this book is it English??? Directions are silly and do not make sense GenebobI just hate this book the directions don't make senseToo many ingredients and hard to find spices and nonsensical termsVery Poor Cookbook Here's what I did like: Some of the recipes seemed very good.Here's what I didn't like:1. Poor Quality Paper2. No Page Numbers - the recipes were listed at the front of the book, but without page numbers. That's because none of the pages were numbered. If you found a recipe from the list that you wanted to try, you had to thumb through the book to find it.3. I think much of the preparation and serving information was wrong. For instance one recipe that was supposed to serve six only used 1-5oz piece of white fish.4. This was supposed to be a Weight Watchers cookbook but the point calculation was often wrong when I checked the points of the foods in the recipe.5. I think this cookbook may have been reprinted from another language. The descriptions and preparation steps used odd verbage as if they didn't quite get the translation correct.6. Errors and misspellings
